Fans of Cyberpunk 2077 are furious after the developer CD Projekt Red has again postponed Cyberpunk 2077 to the 10th December . The move did not please many players, angry about the fourth postponement.

By all accounts, Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the most anticipated titles of all time. First announced in 2012, the title was to be launched alongside PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X in November.

However, on October 27, CD Projekt Red shocked fans by confirming the three-week postponement. The announcement has sparked the fury of players fed up with all these postponements.

Cyberpunk was originally slated to launch in April 2020 before being pushed back to September, then it was pushed back to November and now December. In a statement posted on Twitter, the Polish developer said they are working hard to launch the title on multiple platforms.

” The biggest challenge for us right now is rolling out the game to current-gen, next-gen and PC at the same time, which requires us to prepare and test 9 versions, ” the announcement reads.

Although players have accepted previous postponements, this latest move has sparked outcry from fans. One tweet in particular went viral. A player showed a post from CD Projekt Red from October 26 confirming the previous November release date, one day before the new postponement. To add fuel to the fire, the user also booked the day off work to be able to play Cyberpunk 2077.

Other fans took to Twitter to express their frustrations over the postponement that ruined their plans. One user exclaimed: ” I understand the decision, but I’m sure many of us have asked for a day off from work to be able to play this game .”

Some have been so disappointed that they have completely canceled their pre-orders.
