With the help of these Sims 4 cheats and codes list, you can control the gameplay and bring things to your advantage. In today’s guide, we share with you the latest and active sims 4 cheats.

The benefits can be concrete, such as having an infinite amount of money, but also very general to make the game a bit more fun for yourself. 

And you shouldn’t feel guilty because Sims 4 is not an online game; you don’t spoil the fun of other players. Sims 4 is your kingdom, and you are lord and master!

That’s why cheat codes have been so numerous since the first Sims. 

Every sequel since then has been packed with cheats to change the game, and they’re not going to break that tradition in Sims 4, of course. 

Almost every aspect of the game can be changed: having unlimited money, accelerating your Sims’ career, influencing emotions, … Anything you can think of is possible. On this page, we list all Sims 4 cheat codes.

how to enable cheats in sims 4

Before we start with the Sims 4 cheats, let’s discuss how to enter them. 

This way is very different whether you play on a PC, Mac, PS4, or Xbox.

Activate cheats on PC and Mac

To enable cheats on Sims 4, first open the console with the key combination “CTRL + SHIFT + C” or “CTRL + SHIFT + WINDOWS + C” on a PC or “COMMAND + SHIFT + C” on a Mac. Then type one of the cheat codes below into the console and confirm it with the Enter key. 

You can only enter one cheat code at a time, so if you want to activate multiple Sims 4 cheats simultaneously, you must type them in one.

The game also has an available mode for cheating, called the testing cheats mode. Activating this mode will give you many more options to interact or manipulate with Sims or objects in the game. We will tell you more about this at the bottom of this page.

Activate cheats on PS4 and Xbox One

On consoles entering cheat codes works the same way. You do not have to activate the console with the keyboard with these button combinations:

• PS4
  L1 + R1 + L2 + R2
• Xbox One
  LB + RB + LT + RT

Then enter the code ” testing cheats true ” in the window, and you are done. 

But be careful: once you activate cheats in Sims 4, you will no longer be able to earn achievements or trophies in the game. Not even if you turn off the cheats afterward.

Finally, a more important warning: remember that cheats affect the game and can lead to a broken save game. 

In addition, different activated cheat codes can counteract each other if they are active simultaneously and thus disrupt the game. If you don’t notice the effect of a cheat, consider if you haven’t already activated a cheat code that does the exact opposite of what you want to achieve.

If a game no longer works properly because you have activated too many cheats and lost the overview, just save the game, exit the game, restart the game and load your game again. 

All cheats will now be disabled so that you can start with a clean slate.

The console you activate with the button combinations can only be seen as a white line in the top corner. 

Only if you enter a valid cheat code will it expand and, if necessary, confirm the activation or deactivation of the cheat code in it.

It doesn’t matter whether you capitalize the cheat codes or not. In addition, some cheats only work after activating the testing cheats mode. For other cheats, you have to define parameters. We indicate this with square brackets. An example is entering the name of the Sim for which the cheat must be activated.

Sims 4 cheats Codes list 2022

The following Sims 4 cheats codes make your Sims happier and affect their emotions:

aspirations.complete_current_milestone	Selected Sim will receive enough satisfaction points to reach the current milestone. Use these several times to get the highest levels quickly.
sims.add_buff Satisfaction_Points	It gives the selected Sim 100 satisfaction points you can use in the rewards market. You can enter a number after the cheat to get that specific number of satisfaction points. If you want to use this cheat several times in a row, you have to type “sims.remove_all_buffs” after using this code)
sims.add_buff_ [Emotion]	It gives the selected Sim a certain emotion *

* Example: sims.add_buff e_buff_energized = Energetic +2 for 12 hours. The combination of different emotions (for example, energetic and confident) is possible, as is the combination of the same emotion on different levels. 

For example, you can combine the emotions ‘Ashamed’ (+2 for 12 hours) and ‘Very Ashamed’ (+5 for 4 hours) to cause your Sim to be ‘insulted.’

With these cheat codes, your Sims can no longer die; you can quickly adapt and adjust their mutual relationships.

Modifyrelationship [First Name Sim 1] [Last Name Sim 1] [First Name Sim 2] [Last Name Sim 2] [Value] Friendship_Main	Changes the relationship between two Sims by the value you enter. Testing cheats must be activated for this. The value you enter must be between -100 and 100. Negatively the relationship deteriorates positively the relationship improves. For example, “Modifyrelationship Brad Pitt Jennifer Aniston +50 Friendship_Main” enhances the relationship between Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston. At the same time, “Modifyrelationship Brad Pitt Angelina Jolie -100 Friendship_Main” takes the relationship between Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie to rock bottom.
sims.add_buff buff_Role_ServiceNPC_Maid	Activates the maid mode of the selected Sim. This Sim can still be controlled and will go about their business as usual, but when they see a job (a garbage can, dirty dishes, etc.), they will stop the activity and clean up first. The testing cheats mode must be activated for this.
sims.remove_buff buff_Role_ServiceNPC_Maid	Deactivates the ‘maid’ mode as described above again.

With these cheats, you will rise like crazy through the ranks in your career and get the best grades.

Choosing
a career You can only have one career at a time. If you choose a new career, the previous one will be replaced.

Sims 4 testingcheats: this is how you activate it

Anyone who has played previous Sims games is probably already familiar with the Testingcheats mode, or in last games, perhaps better known as the Allround cheats mode. After typing testingcheats on into the console, tons of new options are available. You can view these additional options by holding down the shift key while clicking on Sims, objects, or the floor. 

In addition, by entering cas.fulleditmode you can unlock additional options to customize your Sim. For example, if you want to deactivate testingcheats mode again, tap testingcheats off in the console and confirm with the Enter key.

When you click on a Sim while holding Shift

• Reset object (Debug)

Sims 4 cheats: pregnancy and having a baby

It wouldn’t be The Sims if there weren’t any Sims 4 pregnancy and baby cheats that can spice things up.

Faster pregnancy

If you don’t want to wait three or four in-game days for a birth, you can fast-forward to labor this way (once the pregnancy is confirmed).

Select the pregnant Sim as the active character, open the in-game console for cheats and write: Sims.Add_Buff Buff_Pregnancy_Inlabor. This ensures that the moodlet ‘Pregnancy: To Birth’ appears and you have the baby immediately.

If you want to be less drastic but skip trimesters, you can type in: Sims.Add_Buff Buff_Pregnancy_Trimester #. You then replace the ‘#’ with numbers 1, 2, or 3 depending on the phase you want.

Forcing single children, twins, triplets, and more

Even through cheats, it is not easy to determine your number of babies. Still, you can try the following method:

• Step 1: Find out your Sim’s 18-digit ID number. You do this by opening the in-game cheat console and typing: Sims.Get_Sim_ID_By_Name SimFirstName SimLastName. The number appears, but beware: you cannot copy-paste it.
• Step 2: Manipulating the Force Offspring Count. Your Sim must already be pregnant and have the ‘Eat For Two’ moodlet. Then enter this cheat at the console: Pregnancy.Force_Offspring_Count IDNumber #. You replace the ” # ‘with the number of babies you want. This way, you can even go beyond triplets, but remember that you have to respect the limit of your household.

As if the world of The Sims 4 wasn’t crazy enough, you can now become a vampire too. 

This has many advantages but presents potential problems and dangers that are entirely new to regular play. Luckily you can solve this with Sims 4 Vampires cheats.

Sims 4 Vampires cheats for vampire powers and weaknesses

With the following cheats, we should note a few small things. For example, you must already have obtained the vampire rank required to use the vampire power. You already got cheats for that above. 

Besides, you can’t use the vampire powers if your weaknesses don’t allow it. So, for example, a Thin-skinned Sim cannot use the Sun Resistant power.

You often see Sim-ID in the cheats. You must replace that part with your Sim’s ID. You can learn this by using the cheat sims.get_sim_id_by_name.
