Last month’s game patch, in particular, has tweaked our previous Undead World: Hero Survival hero tier list a fair bit with some tweaks and nerfs to key characters, which means you’ll want to check out our current breakdown below to ensure you possess the necessary tools to obliterate your rivals and claim each and every victory.
It is also important to remember that many of them are situation-based to some degree. There will always be a bit of luck when playing Undead World: Hero Survival, you might be the world’s best player and still lose a match or two. Going for the highest-ranked heroes may not necessarily work out as planned, but likewise, choosing a lower-tier hero won’t necessarily put you in a doomed situation.
Undead World: Hero Survival Tier List [October 2022]
Before we cover the ins and outs of our tier list, feel free to familiarize yourself with the game’s hero roles, namely tanks, melees, AoE heroes, support, and ranged heroes.
- The melee heroes usually excel against enemies when at close range, and possess high HP and DMG stats.
- Tanks are a safe pick against almost all types of heroes out there, as they can dish out tons of damage while still being able to withstand some themselves.
- AoE heroes are a bit squishy, yet they will deliver the highest amount of damage output in the game.
- Heroes categorized as supports are generally better at powering up, shielding, and sustaining low HP allies.
- Similar to AOE heroes, Ranged heroes can’t withstand that much damage, however, they can water down a lot themselves while being positioned safely on the back line.

These characters represent are nothing but the best of the best, at least during the current patch. Should you spot one, there is no compelling reason as to why not to pick them. Even if they don’t match your play style, at least give them a shot to wow you.
